When can I expect my order?

In the Netherlands (usually) at home within 1 to 2 days. The order is offered quickly at Postnl. The delivery time abroad varies depending on the country. See list of Postnl (indication)

What are the shipping rates?

Use the shipping-rate-calculator on the shopping cart page. Enter country and a complete zip code. Then you know exactly. It can also be read here.

I need more than the stock indicates?

Contact us via the Contact Form. We will let you know as soon as possible when these can be delivered.

I have provided a wrong delivery address!

Accidentally entered a wrong address? Then take as quickly as possible contact us. We will then try to change these for you. Contact Form

I have not received a track & trace code?

Mail that can go through the mailbox does not have a track code. Of course, this is also cheaper, faster and you don't have to stay at home for it.

Order not yet received?

Even with the postal companies, sometimes things go wrong. Please have a little patience. Did you not receive anything 2 days after the expected delivery time (calculated from receipt of the e-mail, dispatch of the order)? Then contact us. Then we will find a solution!

Do I need an account for an order?

No, you can simply order and pay without creating an account.

Which payment options can I use to pay?

We accept iDEAL, Visa card, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact, Apple Pay en PayPal.

You can pay securely and trusted online through your own (above mentioned) payment provider, to the secure payment systems of Shopify Payments (commonly used by merchants). With the certainty (guarantee) of WebwinkelKeur.

How does the 10% discount on greeting cards work

10% discount when ordering three or more greeting cards. This is automatically calculated in the shopping cart. All combinations are possible. This also applies to the sets of greeting cards.

It is not possible to enter the (extra) discount code

Enter only discount codes in the shopping cart at the bottom of the page with the black button apply. Only here you can combine discounts. This does not work on the checkout page!

Is there a Welcome Discount?
