Shipping

When can I expect my order?

In the Netherlands, usually within 1 to 2 days. The order will be quickly delivered to PostNL. Delivery time outside the Netherlands varies by country. See PostNL's list for an indication

What are the shipping rates?

Use the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page. Enter country and complete postcode to find out the exact shipping rate. It is also be available here.

I need more than what is currently in stock?

Please contact us via the  Contact Form. We will let you know as soon as we can deliver more.

I gave the wrong delivery address!

Accidentally gave the wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change it for you. Contact Form

I didn't receive a tracking number?

Items that can be delivered through the mailbox do not have a tracking number. This is cheaper, faster, and you do not need to be at home to receive it. Tracking numbers are not always possible for international deliveries.

I haven't received my order yet?

Sometimes, postal services can experience delays. Please be patient. If you have not received your order 2 days after the expected delivery date (counting from the confirmation of shipment), please contact us. We will find a satisfactory solution. Expected delivery for international orders.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order and checkout without creating an account.

What payment options are available?

We accept iDEAL, Visa card, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact, Apple Pay en PayPal.

How does the 10% discount on greeting cards work

Get a 10% discount on three or more greeting cards. The discount will be applied automatically in your shopping cart. All combinations are possible. This also applies to complete sets.

I can't apply the (additional) discount code.

Enter discount codes only in the shopping cart "discount code" box at the bottom of the page and then confirm with the black apply button. Discounts can only be combined here, and cannot be applied on the checkout page.

Is there a Welcome Discount?

Yes, use the one-time Coupon Code: HELLO10% in your shopping cart. Everyone can use this code once (for an additional 10% discount).

Other discounts?

If you have received another discount or coupon code, enter it in the "discount code" box in the shopping cart and confirm it with the black apply button.
