Refund policy
Return:
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To do this, you must provide written notice, including the bank account number used, via mail@saskiavis.com. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your order. If reasonably possible, return the product in its original condition and packaging to Saskia Vis, Cor van de Meerstraat 57 - 2132 ZX Hoofddorp - Netherlands. You will receive a full refund of the invoice amount, including any paid shipping costs, within 7 days (this only applies to Europe).
The cost of returning the product to the webshop is your responsibility.
Product exchange:
Would you like to exchange your product? No problem. Please contact us at mail@saskiavis.com. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
